Enjoy fresh and exciting cuisine in our renovated 19th century Adirondack dining room. Our chef, Kevin London uses his experience to craft regional dishes showcasing only the freshest seasonal ingredients. Menus are frequently evolving, inspired by the organically-grown vegetables and herbs coming from our organic farm. You will find our Adirondack style dining room warm and informal complete with elegant cuisine and professional service. We have a lunch and bar menu served daily throughout the season. Our dining room is open for dinner Wednesday through Sunday evenings. Every Thursday we do a Harvest Dinner at 7pm. This is a 7 course dinner served family style on a community table.
